Benedict E. Ciszek, MD

Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician | Pioneer Concierge Medicine

Dr. Benedict Ciszek is a Board-Certified Family Medicine physician with over 16 years of experience caring for patients in the Chicagoland area. In May 2024, he joined Pioneer Concierge Medicine, embracing a more personalized and relationship-based model of care. This transition allows him to spend more time with each patient, addressing concerns thoroughly and thoughtfully—both in and out of the office.

Known for his attentive and compassionate approach, Dr. Ciszek is dedicated to treating a full spectrum of medical needs, from acute illnesses to chronic condition management. He prides himself on listening carefully, educating his patients, and guiding them toward long-term wellness.

A native of Arlington Heights, Illinois, Dr. Ciszek is a graduate of Prospect High School. He earned his Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Physics-in-Medicine from the University of Notre Dame and received his Doctor of Medicine degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine. He went on to complete his Family Medicine Residency at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, Illinois, followed by a Fellowship in Sports Medicine at the University of California–San Diego.

Dr. Ciszek has a special interest in sports medicine and continues to serve the community through athletic involvement. He is the volunteer team physician for the AAC Eagles Soccer Club and serves on the Board of Directors at the Copernicus Center, reflecting his deep connection to Chicago’s Polish community.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Ciszek enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Edyta, their three children, and their Golden Doodle, Sophie. He’s an avid volleyball player and an enthusiastic supporter of his children’s sports and extracurricular activities, including soccer, volleyball, and cheerleading.
