Signed into law in July 2025, the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBB) brings great news for patients interested in personalized, concierge-style medical care!

The new law allows patients to use their Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) to pay for concierge medicine or direct primary care (DPC) membership fees — under certain conditions.

• HSA-Eligible Membership Fees: You can now use pre-tax HSA funds for your
concierge medicine membership fees.
• Fee Limits: Up to $150/month for individuals and $300/month for families.
